HOMEWARE LUST LIST

My life recently has involved buying beds, sofas, plates and everything else you could need for a new house and at the moment it is mostly the boring essentials I have picked up. However, I do have a long list of pretty things I want to pick up and fill my house with, I am also taking inspiration from accounts on Instagram as there are so many gorgeous accounts that have given me so many ideas. The theme of my house is going to be lots of white, grey, powder pink, gold and splashes of green which is probably like so many other people out there right now.

One thing I would love in my bedroom is a cute little chair in the corner, I have a window seat in my room at my parents house and its so nice to sit at. This Blush Pink Chair from Dunelm Mill is just what I was after and at an affordable price too, its currently out of stock but I don't move in for another two months so i'm hoping it will be back by then. This Cox and Cox Pom Pom Cushion would look adorable on it with a chunky knit throw also. I am so obsessed with Cox and Cox since I found it and I have a basket full on there. Another cushion I can't wait to add to the collection is this Velvet Tassel Cushion from M&S, we have ordered a grey sofa and I am going to have pink and monochrome cushions on there so this would be a great addition.

One thing I will be having lots of around my house is prints, i'm not a big fan of artwork but I love prints and already have ideas of certain things around the house. Desenio have an incredible collection and they also have frames to match the exact sizes of the prints. I have already decides to theme the bathroom with these Pink Cactus Prints, they add a great splash of colour and the botanical style is in right now. I am going to compliment this with lots of artificial plants around, this M&S Succulent Trio and Matalan Ceramic Cacti Pot both caught my eye. 

One of my favourite places for homewares at the moment is Matalan, they have ready upped their game, they have so many blush pink and gold pieces that are also so affordable. This Metal Planter from there is going to look great in the corner of a room with a large plant inside and it also helps bring some colour to the place. This Pink Vase with a brass trim will look perfect with some fresh flowers in. 

Another concept I have seen around lots lately and can't wait to have is the Wire Basket to store blankets in, I like the look of the all black ones or those with marble lids. I have found the most adorable ones on eBay and they look exactly the same as some others I have seen for upwards of £100. As you might have guessed marble and gold is going to be big in my house and these Marble Gold Edge Coasters from Dunelm are so dream and good quality too. I am looking to get two sets so I can have them in both the living room and the bedroom.

One room I cannot wait to sort out is my dressing room, it's actually going to be the spare room too but we are just putting a single bed in there so i'm hoping there will be lots of room for my makeup to set up. Fitting with that theme this Urban Outfitters Lips Mirror will be the perfect accessory. It's in a rose gold shade so it adds a luxe touch and I think it will look perfect above my makeup storage. Part of my set up I have found this Cult Furniture Armchair, I love the colour selection they have and you can customise the leg colour as well. I think i'll keep it simple with a white chair and gold legs but the grey is nice also.
