EASY EYE PRODUCTS

Working a full time job and one that can sometimes mean me needed to leave house way before 7am I need to have quick an easy makeup products that can be throw on. However, just because I am rushing for work doesn't mean I want to slack on my eye makeup so these quick and easy products to throw on are my go to's.

Stila Magnificent Metals | £23.00

I only have the minis of these but I would definitely buy the full size as these are so great to throw or as part of a full on look. They now have the Glitter & Glow and Shimmer & Glow range, the latter launched earlier this year and I have minis of these from their holiday set as they are so pretty. These come in a tube with a flat doe foot applicator so you can apply them easily and quickly and either blend out with your finger or a brush.

L'Oreal Infallible Eyeshadow Paint | £5.99

These are a similar sort of thing to the Stila liquid eyeshadows but these come in more matte shades so are great for a simple everyday look. These have a good amount of pigment and once dried down they stay in place for hours without smudging.

Primark Liquid Eyeshadow | £3.00

These are one of my great Primark finds and i'm hoping they keep stocking them for a while as they are such pretty. I think they come in two shades, rose gold and copper and both look great paired with other eyeshadows or on their own. The apply like a liquid and then dry down so they stay in place easily and don't wear off.

BECCA Champagne Collection Shimmering Skin Perfector Slimlight | £24.00

This is actually supposed to be a face product but to be honest I find it's great for using on my eyes. The twist up crayon like applicator applies really quickly and smoothly on the eyes to give a gorgeous shimmer. I have the Champagne Pop shade which is a gorgeous peachy gold that can either be worn all over the lid or as an inner corner highlight.

Kiko Long Lasting Stick Eyeshadow | £6.90

I have used these for years and they are still favourites for everyday use. They are a similar sort of thing to the Becca one but at a fraction of the cost and they come in a number of shades from neutral to brighter colours. They have a really smooth creamy formula that glides on so easily on the eyes and blend in well.

Colourpop Super Shock Eyeshadows | $5.00

These have kind of fallen into the back of my collection in favour of the CP single pan eyeshadows but if I want something quick and easy to apply these are my go to. These has an interesting spongey formula that is like a cream and then applies like a powder on the eyes. They have a good amount of pigmentation and last well even through a long work day.

Maybelline Color Tattoo 24hr | £5.99

These are one of my favourite cream eyeshadow formulas as they are so long wearing and blend really well. They are more of a wax formula rather than cream like other pot eyeshadows. They have quite a wide variety of shades of these and lots of neutral shades for everyday use.

Kiko Cream Crush Eyeshadow | £3.40

These are similar thing to the Maybelline Color Tattoos but much more of a creamy formula and so I don't find that they last as long but they apply really nicely. These seem to have been permanently on sale so i'm hoping it doesn't mean they are being discontinued, however, they have lots of pretty shades left so i'd order them now.

3ina Cream Eyeshadow | £8.9

Another creamy eyeshadow formula but I find this much more long lasting than the Kiko ones and it dries down matte so it doesn't smudge or wear off. 3ina are known for their bright colour collection and the shade selection for these eyeshadows is just that, with intense pigmentation and colour pay off.

What are your quick and easy eyeshadow favourites?

  1. I don't think you can ever go wrong with those KIKO eyeshadow sticks, I have a couple and absolutely love them! You definitely need to try out the Charlotte Tilbury Eyes to Mesmerise, they are like the Maybelline colour tattoos but just that bit more creamier and cushioney xx

  3. I'm not really into glitter so wasn't initially interested in the Stila Magnificent Metals, but now I really want to try the Shimmer & Glow ones! I've really liked other similar liquid eyeshadow formulas I've tried. Love the Maybelline Color Tattoos - they were the first cream eyeshadows I ever bought.
