18 BEAUTY MUST TRIES FOR 2018

This year is the start of some seriously saving and a spending ban for me as i'm buying a house that is due to be ready in May and then I will be forking out monthly for a mortgage. Although I won't be spending too much money a girl can dream about the products I'd love to try and this year there are some stand out products being released and others that I have been wanting to try forever.

This was released at the end of last year and I fell for it instantly, its basically a highlighter but in an interesting jelly format that applies smoothly and then dries down to a powder. It's a gorgeous champagne gold shade that looks so dreamy. This Farsali product isn't available in the UK yet but i'm hoping Beauty Bay or Cult Beauty will have it soon since they have all of the other products.

I have only recently tried Fenty beauty but I already have a long list of other products to try and these new lipsticks are one of them. These a matte lipstick with an ultra thin tip for precise application. There are 14 shades and most of them are bright out there colours, but there is some more neutral, everyday shade.

When full coverage is in the name I need to try as that is everything I look for in a concealer and I have heard good things about the foundation counterpart. It has a matte finish so doesn't wear off easily and you don't need a large amount of product to cover anything.

Every mascara I have tried from Maybellin has been a winner for me so this is just a must try as I know it will be good. This is a whipped formula with coconut to hydrate the lashes and a fluffy fibre brush to give lashes that wispy look.

I have tried a few CT skincare bits and have always been wowed at the products and this one sounds just as dreamy. It's a colour corrector that evens out the skin tone and brightens skin giving it that youthful glow.

I have been a big fan of both the Nars Sheer Glow and All Day Luminous so i'm hoping this foundation would be just as good and i'm imagining this is a hybrid of the two maybe?! This is the ultimate longer foundation with 16 hour wear time but its said to be lightweight so it still looks radiant on the skin.

This new TF peach range hasn't reached the UK yet but i'm hoping it comes to Debenhams as a few products have caught my eye including this eyeshadow palette. It features matte, shimmer and glitter shades in pinks, peaches, champagnes and a deep shimmering plum shade.

Becca do such amazing face products and powders that i'm expecting this under eye setting powder to be incredible. It's a subtle powder that is supposed to set your concealer in place and also brighten that are which is everything I need and want.

Another products from the Peach collection that caught my eye and I love the smell of the Sweet Peach palette so i'm hoping this smells the same. It has a comfort matte finish that isn't cakey or heavy and feels natural on the skin.

I am obsessed with the foundation version of these and since i'm a highlighter junkie this is the perfect product for me. They are said to have the same weightless texture of the foundations to give a seamless finish. There are 5 shades in the collection and Champagne Flash looks so dreamy.

I recently got some mini versions of the custom enhancer drops and now these glitter drops look so dreamy. There are three pretty, iridescent shades and they can be used on the eyes, cheeks or blended with foundation for that glowing, dewy look.

Hollywood Flawless Filter (not available yet)

This was teased by CT herself at the Golden Globes as she used it to apply the makeup on people she did. It has now been confirmed that this is a primer and highlighter hybrid, so not a foundation like some people thought. It can be used over or under a foundation to illuminate the skin with a natural glow.

I have recently become obsessed with watching Holly Boon makeup videos and she has rave about this setting powder for under your eyes. The formula helps keep oil at bay and keeping the skin looking flawless and in place all day.

This is slightly pricey for an eyeshadow palette that only has 12 shades but the colours looks so pretty and the type of shades I love to wear. There is a range of matte, satin and intense shimmers in pinks, nudes, rose golds and a deep aubergine shade. I have yet to try Nars eyeshadows but i've heard good things about them.

I'm getting more and more into liquid highlighters and these are ones that everyone seems to rave about. I've seen people apply these before and swatches of them and the highlight looks absolutely blinding so I know it will be something i'd love.

I have been meaning to order Glossier bits ever since they arrived in the UK in September and I still haven't ordered. This set is the one I would go for as it has the milky jelly cleanser, priming moisturiser and balm dot com, all of which seem cult products from Glossier that everyone raves about.

Hallelujah that they have released a foundation version of that incredible concealer. This was only released yesterday and I was so tempted to order but I have restrained and might try it when I have used up some of the other foundations I own. Their has been a hydrating and matte version, I would go for the hydrating one as my skin is more dry than oily and it will be amazing in summer when you want something to stop the heat drying out the skin.

I have decided I need to start wearing more products with SPF in it to help keep my skin looking youthful and protect against sun damage. This is a brand I hadn't heard of before but this suncreen came up a lot when I was searching for one. Its an SPF 40 so a strong amount of protection but it feels light and invisible on the skin and creates a base that will grip your makeup in place.

What products are you lusting over this year?
