MAC SNOWBALL COLLECTION

It's that time of year again and all of this years holiday releases are dripping through and MAC's range is out with it all selling out pretty quick. MAC theme their ranges each year and this is one of the first years myself and i've heard many people say that is is their best yet. It's called the Snowball collection and the packaging is very pretty gold, rose gold and silver snowflake style.

I could have honestly picked up loads from the collection but I reigned myself in and picked up a few bits for myself and a gift for my mum. 

Snow Ball Pigment and Glitter Kit | £25.00

I have been dying to try the MAC pigments and glitter for ages and almost ordered some minis recently but this set was just perfect. In it you get two pigments, one glitter and this adorable sequin mini bag, perfect for throwing in your handbag or putting little bits of makeup up for a trip away. The shades are Vanilla, a soft ivory white pigment, English Gilt, a bright champagne and Gold, a chunky glitter. So far I am loving the pigments and they look amazing used dry or with a mixing solution.

I'm Glistening Lipstick | £16.50

I have to say the shade of this looks totally different online to in person, but its definitely a lipstick shade I don't own already and a pretty one for this time of year. It's described as a light pink with a purple sparkle, but I would say its more of a mauve purple with a shimmer running through it. This is a satin finish so there is a sheen to it with it being moisturising on the lips.

Impalpable Glare Powder in Happy Go Dazzlingly | £24.50

I did actually buy this for my mum but I'm sure I will be sneaking a few uses here are there. These and the extra dimension skin finish have got to have the most gorgeous packaging with the snowflake embossed into the compact. The shade is a soft gold shade that gives the skin a gorgeous glow but still looking nice and subtle.
