This is probably one of the most hyped up palettes of the year and also extremely hard to get hold of. The collab between Jaclyn Hill and Morphe has been talked about a lot and its initial release in the US sold out instantly as did the one in the UK on beauty Bay. I luckily managed to pick mine up on its Beauty Bay launch, although I did have to sit in a virtual queue.
This is a more premium version of their original 35 shade palettes with all of the shade specially picked by Jaclyn. This comes packaged in a white cardboard case instead of the usual plastic and its seems a bit more sturdy, although it is cardboard. The white isn't the best if you want to keep it clean and the shades have smudged onto my packaging. The shade names although aren't on this packaging but I heard that when she released this in Ulta in the US, the packaging had been updated with the shade names added.
One thing that apparently differs this from the normal 35 shade palettes, and the reason for the bigger price tag, is that the shadows have been formulated and pressed perfectly to the best colour pay-off and blendability. I have to say I really don't see much of a difference in terms of formula, the shimmers are still beautifully pigmented but I always though the original Morphe ones were anyway. I find the mattes to still be powdery and they don't blend the best but they have good colour play off.
The shade selection is one of the main reasons I was drawn to the palette as you get 35 varied shades and not all from the same shade selection. The collection includes neutrals, reds, oranges, pinks, blues, greens and deeper tones, so most of what you might need in your collection. However, I would say some of the shades are too similar and they could have been varied a bit more. I have swatched some of my favourite shades below and as you can tell I am a fan of the shimmers.
The price of this palette is £37, which yes is quite pricey but you are getting 35 eyeshadows so it's only just over £1 per shade and you'd pay £5-10 for normal single eyeshadows. It is stocked on Beauty Bay in the UK, although it is currently out of stock. I think they will restock this soon though and you will need to be quick as it sells out fast.
Have any of you got this palette?

I really think this palette is pretty, but it seems like most of the shades are similar. That's the main reason I haven't bought it, but I kinda want it! xx
