BIRTHDAY WISHLIST

I love reading peoples wishlist posts and I love writing them even more as I get to dream about all the makeup I would love to have. Today's post is a birthday special as my birthday is in just over 3 weeks and I have also known family before to take note of what I mention in these posts. This post is featuring lots of new releases and Christmas releases from brands.

I have been lusting over Huda's rose gold palette since it was released last year but it still isn't mine, however, I think I actually prefer this one. This palette has a very Arabian nights feel to it with rich purples, reds, orange and then some obligatory neutral shades. For me Huda can do no wrong and all products I have tried from her have wowed me and the swatched I have seen of this palette look amazing, especially the duo-chrome toppers. This is quite prices but you get 18 shades and price per shade works out quite cheap.

Since Rihanna released her Fenty Beauty range I have been lusting after so many products and read so many reviews where people have raved about everything. The highlighter junkie in my has to get my hands on one of these duos. The Lightening Dust/Fire Crystal duo is the lightest one in the range but a go to for me with a pink pearl sheen and icy pearlescent shimmer.

I'm getting a lot more into cream products lately and this trio has a contour, concealer and highlight shade. The light pick is definitely the ones I'd go for with a cool toned bronzer shade and a pearlescent pink shimmer highlighting stick that would suit my skin tone perfectly. I have seen some swatches of these and they beautiful and so pigmented.

I have been dying to try the ABH liquid lipsticks out for ages but it's only recently they have come onto the UK site and I haven't gotten round to ordering any yet. This trio is part of their holiday collection and features two new holiday shades, Bittersweet, a swiss chocolate, and Hudson, deep peach and original shade, Dazed, a red wine shade. I obviously can't comment on the formula as I haven't tried them out but it says they are super pigmented with a matte finish that is comfortable to wear.

These have been on my radar for ages but I have a love hate relationship with liquid highlighters and I don't want to spend £30+ on a single bottle and the shade doesn't work for me so this minis set is great for me. This set includes 4 of the best selling shades from their range; celestial, Halo, Moonlight and Rose Gold. From what I have seen online these are pigmented and shimmery and blend well into the rest of your makeup.

I am a big fan of the original Too Faced palette and this mini version in white caught my eye straight away. This one contains 11 shades instead of the 16 in the bigger palettes but its almost half the price of the original. This one is a collection of shimmery pastels and soft neutral, the shimmery look so pretty and very much ethereal.

Tarte's holiday collection has seriously wowed me this year and thankfully we have got some of the products in the UK on QVC. They released a similar palette to this last year with a selection of blushers and I really wanted it but it sold out quickly so I'm glad to see this one this year. This features 4 blushers which are either bright pops of pink or orange so very much perfect for summer. Their formula of blushes wows me as they just stay on the skin for ages, due to the clay formula. This set also comes with a handy angled brush and I have to say I have loved all Tarte brushes I have tried.

Becca do some of the most amazing highlighters out there and this palette combines some of the best shades so its a must for me. The has 3 of the shimmering skin perfector; Opal, Rose Gold and the new Icicle shade, 2 blushers; Winter Berries and Blusher Copper and Bronzed Bondi Sunlit Bronzer. The formula of the Becca powder is so finely milled and buttery that it just melts into the skin but also so pigmented.

I have raved about the Huda liquid lipsticks before and now these mini sets allow you to try a number of shades before buying a full size. Of course the nude lover in me has to go for the Nude Love Collection which contains the four different types of nude shade you would need. I really like the formula of these as they are that drying matte effect but still have a look of moisture in them that helps my dry lips, they also have a gorgeous fruity scent to them.

Will you be asking for any of these products for an upcoming birthday or Christmas?
