So i'm going through a pretty big life change at the moment, me and my boyfriend are in the process of buying our first house. As I write this we are currently waiting for our official mortgage offer but everything seems to be on track and hopefully we should have the offer in a few days and then the exciting part of being able to shop for the house starts.

So i'm finally back blogging after having a week off, which I think was needed although I also did not have the time to actually get any done. My job has changed slightly recently and over the past few weeks I have been away one or two nights and then working late on others, my weekends have also been full with family visiting so blogging was put on the back burner. I thought I would start back with an updated FOTD as I haven't done one in a while and i've discovered lots of new products.

Urban Decay is definitely one of my favourite brands and one that lots of others rave about too. I have quite a few of there products as I don't think there has really been a product I haven't liked, so I thought they were deserving if a post.

I'm terrible for always painting my nails and if I have time it can be 2-3 times a week. However, I have found that doing this does my nails no good and they are always chipping, lifting, flaking away and generally not in great condition. I have been trying out a number of treatments for my nails to try and get them back into good condition and this is what todays post is all about.

This is a skincare brand that has been catching my eye for a while when I pop into Boots. There are several different ranges with different ingredients and with different skincare needs. In todays post I have varying products from different ranges. I will give a disclaimer that I have only been trying these for a few weeks and so it isn't a full reviews but these have really excited me so I wanted to mention on my blog and what I like so far.

I recently heard that this sister brand from Estee Lauder would be discontinued from September and it spurred me on to make a purchase. The younger, funner and more affordable range was made in collaboration with Kendall Jenner. I have been meaning to try some of the range for a while and it also helped that Estee Lauder had a day full of offers for the longest day of the year and part of it was 25% off this range, so I went a little crazy.

One of my favourite online shops is definitely Missguided, they have amazing products at great prices and they always seem to have at least 20% student discount. Although I shouldn't be spending at the moment with a holiday coming up their sale really caught my attention and an order might have been placed.

I was recently introduced to a brand new online beauty shop that stocks all of those sought after false eyelash and brush brands. Face.co.uk is relatively new but still had brands such as Violet Voss, Eyelure, House of Lashes and Japonesque all at reasonable prices. I was give the opportunity to try out some of the products and here is what I picked out.

If you know me or read my blog or social media you will know I'm a massive highlighter addict and its one of the main products I couldn't live with out. I feel like my face would look flat and unfinished without so I have amassed a pretty big collection. Todays post is all about those bronze and gold shades that are perfect for tanned skin during summer.

I don't really talk about haircare much on my blog, as I guess it isn't as exciting as a new highlighter or lipstick but its very important part of my beauty routine.Having blonde hair that I straighten/curl a lot needs a lot of TLC to keep it in good condition. I have tried quite a few products to help repair my hair and keep it looking nice and blonde so here are the ones that have really impressed me.

If there is one beauty product I think is just as good from the drugstore if not better than high end it's mascara. I have tried my fair few from Boots, Superdrug etc and some have amazing me but others not so much. However, I do think there is a mascara there for everyone and they are all affordable too.

There seems to be so many different beauty box subscriptions about recently and I kind of have a love hate relationship with them. One thing I do hate is when you get a load mini or samples that get thrown into a drawer and never used again, so one thing that caught my eye about this box was that it was 5 full size products.
