I love high end makeup and there is nothing better than splurging on a lovely piece of makeup and enjoy using it. However, there are so many affordable and amazing products out there that I thought this post was deserving. All of these products are going to be under £10 and most can be found in shops on your local high street.
Obviously these are little less easy to get hold of than the other products in this post but these are totally worth it. If you haven't tried the CP highlighter they have such a unique formula is almost creamy but applies like a powder and really pops on the skin. In this post I have featured Spoon, which is a light silver champagne but there is so many lovely shades you could pick.
If there is one makeup item I could life without, its probably blush but these have been a game changed for me. These baked ones are is different to all the other matte or satin ones I own and add lovely colour and glow. Dolce Pink is one of my favourites that is a rosy pink shade with a silver shimmer.
These are one of the drugstore liquid lips that I've tried and really loved. They are matte but not drying and comfortable to wear. I have Minimalist, which is a natural pinkish nude, perfect for everyday wear.
As much as I love the Barry M ones these are a definite favourite, I probably have way more than I need. These have such a lovely lightweight formula that is almost like a mousse, it doesn't cover the lips completely but gives more of a tint. The nudes and pinks are my favourite shades and Cairo is such a lovely cool toned nude.
This is such an amazing bargain at £3 and you all need to get it now. This primer has a silicon texture that smoothes out my skin creating a great base for my foundation and stopping it from going patchy. It also contains vitamin e, apricot oil and baobab to help keep the skin moisturiser and eliminate any dry patches.
These are one of my favourite drug store lipstick brands and the formula would give MAC a run for its money. They have a matte finish but are creamy and easy to apply without drying out the lips. Nude Embrace is my favourite, its a cool toned caramel nude shade.
This is one of my favourite affordable mascara and such a surprise to me as I really didn't think the brush would do much. It has a small curve plastic brush with tiny bristles on one side, I honestly didn't think I would like this first but it really grabs every lash and coats them easily. This is perfect for adding lots of length and then I will go in with a second one for more volume.
This is so handy because you are getting four highlighter for under £10, this palette is loved by so many and I am one of them. In the palette you get 3 powder (almost baked) and one cream highlighter. The shade selection is a wide variety with a purple, peach, bronze and silver that will work for many skin tones.
Makeup Revolution are definitely some of the best affordable eyeshadow palettes and this is one I'm loving currently. This is a collection of bronzes, creams and browns that all work together or can be worn on their own. The formula of these isn't the best but its workable and isn't terrible.
This is definitely my number on affordable concealer and I'm now even more excited as they have brought out neutraliser and brightener that I can't wait to try. This is quite a lightweight formula but can be built up depending on the coverage you want. This is a different style of applicator with a twist up mechanism and sponge applicator for ease.
This is designed to be the perfect base for your contouring and whilst it does that I also think it works well as a foundation on its own. It's the perfect medium coverage that covers all my imperfections but still looks natural and radiant. They only do two shades in this unfortunately which I guess if neither match its not great, however, the medium/dark shade is perfect for me.
Are any of these products your favourite?

I love the NYX soft matte lip creams too, I wish I purchased more. They have the nicest formula and feel so nice on the lips. xx
