MISSGUIDED WISHLIST

I posted my first fashion post a few weeks ago now (here) and actually really enjoyed writing it. As much as my blog would suggest my biggest problem is buying makeup but clothes definitely come a close second, and online shopping is my downfall as you can do it anytime and anywhere. In my last post I mentioned ASOS as being my favourite online shop but I also buy a hell of a lot of stuff from MissGuided. 

What I love about MG is that the clothes are always so affordable and normally good dupes of more expensive items from the likes of Topshop etc. They also normally have pretty good discounts for students and sometimes run ones that are for everyone. Up until last year I believe they were mainly based online however, they have since expanded and have concessions in Topshop and they new store at Westfield Stratford (I have been and the store was amazing but super busy so I stick to online).

Anyway now onto the clothes I'm lusting over, I have recently booked a holiday so I'm all about summer clothes at the moment and what would look amazing on holiday. Most shops are just releasing their summer ranges and you can definitely see what the trends are. Embroidery is one that is big this year and I love this dress that will be perfect for a day at the beach as a cover up or for a day out shopping. This nice summer weather also signals that it more acceptable to wear sunglasses all the time and this mirrored pair in a classic aviator style will work with every outfit.

Something a bit more suitable for the summer weather is this khaki jacket is bang on with the army trend that has been around for a while.  This is the perfect thing to throw on with a plain white tee and black jeans and the holographic shine adds something a little different to the look. For the spring I'm also getting more into smaller cross body handbags as they are so much more handy for a long day shopping and free your arms up from a heavy bag. The white studded bag nails ones of my favourite trends - studs. The white is also so much different from all of my other black and dark coloured bags, it is also more suitable for a holiday when you wear bright colours.

Finally the warmer weather also means you can now wear a dress without thick tights, this off the shoulder floral dress really caught my attention and I love the off the shoulder style as it makes it more appropriate fro spring. I can definitely see myself pairing this with some cute ankle boots and a cross body bag. Something a little more casual is this sweater dress that can be thrown on with some trainers for an every day look or it could be dressed up with some knee high boots. Im also loving this nudey pink shade and can see my whole spring wardrobe being in this shade.
