Painting my nails is definitely my favourite past time, I find it so relaxing and I also couldnt be see out of the house with badly chipped nails or no polish at all. However, now with a full time job I don't have the time to paint them as often as I would like. Today's post is about all of the nail colours I have worn over the past month or so, as you can see from the shade selection I don't have a preference and any colour tends to go!
This has been one of my favourite combinations for a while now and I probably use it every month at least! The Zoya nail polish is the prettiest iridescent white silver, that reflects into pinks and purples. I also love this as although its a glitter it doesn't take an age to remove! I use the Topshop one as a base but lots of pastel shade work with the glitter. Lost for Words is a very pale, almost white pink, that has a very slight shimmer to it.
I'm a big fan of the Kiko nail polishes, the shade selection is just incredible and they are so affordable. I find these polish to be thick and coats your nails with a full slick of colour in just a few coats. Although the formula is quite thick, they don't take ages to dry and also don't chip easily! Electric Blue is as the name would suggest a vibrant blue shade, I do find it appear a little darker than below once on my fingers.
When I'm not feeling like a vibrant out there nail colour, I head for my nudes collection and this Barry M one is a favourite. Barry M is probably my no. 1 nail polish brand and I own way more than I need. This collection by Barry M is infused with coconut water and oil to hydrate and nourish the nails and also giving a smooth, gel-like formula. Tiki hut is a creamy caramel nude shade that would suit any skin tone.
This is one of my favourite shades to wear and although its more suited to summer I did wear it recently for a party and it looked great with my little black dress. This range my Models Own is a selection of vibrant shades that look great with a tan and really pop on your fingers. Island Hop is a neon pink shade that is almost glow in the dark like.
Out of all the shade selections I tend to favour dark colours the most, especially this time of year. Cocoa is a deep, almost black chocolate brown that is in a thick gel-like formula and I find it stays on my nails for ages without chipping.
What colours have you been wearing this month on your nails?

I used to paint my nails that electric blue when I was younger! It brings back so many memories, aha. Love the look of Tiki Hut though! Gorgeous shade!

Tiki Hut is such a lovely nude. I'm not one for bright shades on my nails!

Cocoa is beautiful! I love how diverse your picks are. Usually mine are all in the same colour family because I fall into a hole hahah! The last month I've barely worn nail polish. But, I did my nails last night and I'm currently rocking a lovely bright, pastel, purple :) x
