I tend to say to myself often (and my mum tells me) that I don't typically need any more but who can resist all of the pretty products there are from amazing brands. Makeup is definitely a big passion of mine and I may well have an addiction but there are so many brands out there and todays post is all about those I would love to try some more products from.
HOURGLASS
I have both of the limited edition holiday palettes from 2016 and 2015 and they have set me up with a good collection of the infamous powders. The first palette features 3 powders, 2 blushes and a bronzer shade and then the most recent one (pictured) features a face powder, 2 bronzing shades, a blush and a shimmering highlighter. I really love these powders they are so subtle but really make a difference to my skin and help add a radiance to it. However, as much as I love these powders there are so many other Hourglass products I need to try, the Veil Mineral Primer, Foundation Stick, Girl Lip Stylo and Brow Pencil are all on my list to try - I just wish they weren't so damn expensive!
LA GIRL
This brand is a relatively newish addition to the UK, with it being made available on a number of websites in the past year. So far I have tried, tested and love the concealers, especially the peach corrector for hiding my dark circles. Their new strobe highlighters are also a favourite of mine, they are so pigmented and add a beautiful shimmery glow. The products on my radar to try next is the Pro.Coverage foundation, Pro.Prep primer, contour sticks and blush palettes.
BECCA
I'm so disappointed in myself that the only product I have tried from Becca is the Jaclyn Hill Champagne Pop highlighter and a blush palette, and as good as these are there is just so many other products everyone seems to rave about and I need to try! For me Becca is all about products that give your skin a warm glow and the products I need to try are; Shimmering Skin Perfector, Under Eye Brightening Concealer, Backlight Priming Filter and some of the other shades in the Shimmering Skin Perfectors.
TOM FORD
Tom Ford is definitely one of those ultra luxury brands that are a real treat! I got my first lipstick (Blush Nude) for Christmas and it is just amazing, although I was hesitant to use it at first and ruin the lovely embossed 'TF'. The high end expense of these means they will definitely be special treats for myself but these are the products I'm lusting over; Eyeshadow Quads, Contour Duo, the brushes and of course some other lipstick shades.
MILANI
This is a brand I find it very similar in terms of collection of products and price tag like LA Girl and has in the last year or so become more readily available in the UK on sites like Beauty Bay etc. This brand is much more a selection of pretty products with flower style blushers and pretty lip shades. So far from them I have tried their Conceal + Perfect foundation, which I love and some of their baked blushes. The products on my lust list are the Oil lip treatments, lip creams, flower powder blushes and the brow products.
ZOEVA
Recently I have starting trying out more of the makeup side of Zoeva, I have used their brushes for a while now and they are such good quality and so affordable. And following the massive success of their brushes Zoeva have released some amazing makeup products, I have a couple of their eyeshadow palettes and they are amazingly pigmented and gorgeous shades. Aside from the more of the eyeshadow palettes some of the other products I'm dying to try are the strobe creams, blushers, brow products and the concealer palette.
What brands would you love to try more from?
