SEPTEMBER FAVOURITES

So september is almost over and this month has honestly flown by, I feel like it was the bank holiday only yesterday. September was busy for me with a lot of work at the beginning and then last week I was on holiday. This month I've not been as good at getting all my posts scheduled and so many are typed up hours before they are due to go up - this post is a 10pm ramble the night before. However, this month i've picked up lots of new makeup and there will be lots of exciting posts up on my blog, here are this months favourites though.

A couple of years ago I used a beauty blender a lot, but over time I fell out of love with it and moved on to using brushed for all of my makeup. This past couple of months this sponge has now entered my life and completely changed my makeup routine. I use the damp sponge to blend out my concealer and it gives such a flawless finish without creases. I think I prefer the RT one to the beauty blender as the shape is much easier to get into the creases of my eyes.

This is a cult concealer and I can now see why, since I picked this up at the end of August i've used it everyday and other concealers just don't seem to match up to it. This gives amazing coverage but like the name is weightless. I apply it to my under eyes, forehead and chin to brighten those areas and to cover up imperfections. It looks flawless when blended out with a makeup sponge and set with the Ben Nye Banana Powder.

I bought this a few weeks back of their US website after hearing Manny MUA rave about and he also had a discount code. It arrived just in time for my holiday with a few other US makeup bits, i'll be doing a haul about, and I couldn't stop using it the entire time I was in Spain. It's a glossy formula, translucent in shade with a shimmery gold glitter running through it. Once applied to your lips it dries and seals in lipstick if you have it underneath. When I was away I was wearing it on its own as it just gave such a lovely look but I love it on top of a lipstick as well. They have launched a new shade called Tan Lines, which is more of a golden bronze and I definitely need to pick this one up as well. These are both available now on Cult Beauty.

I picked this up on the airport as I saw it was only around £15, so a little cheaper than normal. I'd been wanting to try this out myself after the lady who waxed my brows once at Benefit used this and it looked really nice. This is the same type of product as the ABH DipBrow Pomade but i'd say this one is a little drier. Although this isn't as creamy as the ABH one it still applies really nice and is buildable depending on the look I want.

This was another airport but its a shade i've been after for a while from MAC and I knew it would be a little cheaper at the airport. Honeylove has a matte finish and is a cool toned nude shade. Although its matte I didn't find this one as drying as others such as Velvet Teddy. I've actually worn this with the Jouer lip topper and its amazing!

This was one of the items I got in my US beauty haul that will be up on my blog soon. I've been adding more to my collection from CP and especially their face products. This bronzer is the same formula as their other powders, it's that buttery soft feel almost like a cream but with a powder finish. Carry On is a soft bronze with a matte finish and although it states on the website its for medium to dark skin tones it works well for my lighter skin.

When I got this months Live Glam #MorpheMe subscription I was excited to receive some of the new rose gold brushes - what blogger doesn't love rose gold?! This new collection is only available in the US as the moment I think, however, there is the rose gold set available on Cult Beauty or Beauty Bay. The two here are the eye brushes R37 and R38, although they are both very similar one is slighter fatter than the other.

This was definitely my most exciting delivery this month! Ever since this glow kit was launched I new I needed it and was waiting patiently for it be on sale in the UK but I don't think it ever will, my boyfriend kindly said he would buy it for me so I ordered to be delivered with the rest of my US beauty haul. The glow kit is all named after typical American sweet treats; Marshmallow (intense pearl with gold reflect), Sassy Grape (lavender with a blue reflect), Taffy (an infusion of peach, pink and gold reflect) and finally Butterscotch (a gold with a white reflect). Out of the 4 shades Marshmallow is definitely my fave and i've already used it so much since I got the kit.

Are any of these your favourite too?
