APRIL FAVOURITES

How quick is this going?! I can't believe its almost May already. I haven't really been looking forward to it as its full of deadlines and exams for me, but ill soon be done with education forever. Aprils favourites is full of quite a few new products as I got a little spendy with my student loan.

Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanse & Polish | £15.50

My mum has been a massive fan of this for year and I feel like its one of those cult skincare products you have to try. I've been using this after removing my makeup for that extra bit of cleansing and i'm still so shocked at how much makeup is left on my skin when I think i've removed it. Once applied to my skin it sort of has a tingling effect but I'm guessing thats it just working. 

Pixi Glow Tonic | £18.00

I've had this on my wishlist for a while now and was going to hold off buying it until I was working full time again, but M&S had 20% off makeup recently andI just couldn't resist. I've been using this every other day before I apply my morning moisturiser and it gives my skin that little extra glow.

Soap & Glory Smooch Operator Lip Butter | £5.00

I picked this up in Boots as a bit of a random purchase and now I'm obsessed. I've tried my fair few lip balms as I suffer with dry lips but is one of a few that actually keeps my lips soft and moisturised for longer than half an hour. The balm has a sweet rose scent to it and a slightly pink tint so it still gives your lips a hint of colour. I really just wish it was in a stick form as using a pot is a little messy.

Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara | £19.00

This is an old favourite of mine that is back in my life after repurchasing a new tube. This is one of my favourites as its the only mascara that gives my lashes volume and length without clumping them together. It's one of the only mascaras i'll wear on its own and that is saying something as I can never normally find one that gives my lashes everything I want. Although this is a little more pricey than drugstore mascaras I feel like its an investment into good lashes!

KIKO Water Eyeshadow in #208 Light Gold | £8.90

I picked this up after hearing it was a great highlighter and its got to be one of the best products i've bought. Besides the gorgeous pattern in the pan it can be used dry or wet for more pigmentation. I can't wait to pick up a few more of these as they are now a favourite.

Rosie for Autograph Starstruck Contour Stick | £15.00

When I saw a video of Rosie herself demonstrating this I just had to get my hands on, I also got this with 20% off. I've been wanting to try a contour stick for a while just for the ease of being able to apply it and this one seemed like such a lovely shade. Its a cool chocolate brown shade and once blended out leaves you with a lovely contoured glow. 

NYX Lip Lingerie in Bedtime Flirt | £6.50 | post

I'm obsessing over these lately and wearing this shade a lot as its perfect for every day. Bedtime flirt is a soft nudey pink and enhances my natural lip colour. The formula is soft and smooth and it almost feels like you aren't wearing anything. I definitely want to pick up some more of these as I'm loving them.

NYX Liquid Suede in Sandstorm | £6.50 | post

I had to include another NYX lip product after my recent haul of them because i'm loving them so much. The Liquid Suedes are a little thicker than the Lip Lingeries but still okay for everyday. Sandstorm is a cool toned  nude (very much like sand as you could guess) and kind of reminds me a little of velvet teddy.
