TOP 10 OF 2015 | HIGH END

2015 - what a great year of beauty releases! This year my beauty collection has almost certainly quadrupled in size, partly because I was working full time and had the money but also because of blogging (I mean buying a product because its perfect for my blog is an acceptable reason right?!) There have been countless high end products that have caught my eye this year and made their way into my collection, here are my top 10.

Chanel Soleil Tan De Chanel | £32.00 (post)

Whilst I know product has been around a lot longer that a year, I have only discovered it this year and I'm obsessed. I got mine in the summer time and it was the perfect addition to my summer beauty routine and helped enhance that summer glow. The product is housed in a round pot with a simple black lid and the CC logo - sleek and simple, like you'd expect from Chanel. The product is velvety in texture, smooth to apply and blends like a dream. The colouring is in my opinion that of chocolate with a very subtle shimmer to it and it adds the most amazing definition to your face.

Hourglass Ambient Lighting Edit | £65.00 (post)

This is probably my favourite (and most expensive!) purchase of 2015 and I seemed to have gone on about it an awful lot lately on my blog - apologies but just look how pretty it is! This is the first product I have purchased from Hourglass but it contains all the products I would probably purchase individually. I already posted about this palette before so I won't go into too much detail but it has every perfect item to bronze, highlight and blush your face.

Laura Mercier Oil Free Tinted Moisturiser | £34.00

I picked up this little beauty in the summer whilst I was in New York as it was a little cheaper over there. I'd been after a high end tinted moisturiser for a while now and heard that Laura Mercier products were a dream. I opted for the oil free option as I suffer with quite an oily t-zone and wanted something to minimise that. This moisturiser is perfect to be worn on its own or as a base to your foundation, it perfectly minimises any blemishes, evens out your skin tone and still keeps your skin hydrated but not at all oily/shiny.

Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara | £19.00

Oh the holy grail of mascara in my opinion and I'm so obsessed with this. I never used to be a fan of spending a fortune on mascara as I think the drugstore versions are just as good, but this one has really changed my mind. With a unique hourglass shaped brush your left with volumised, length and curled lashes.

Smashbox Soft Lights Highlighter | £25.00

I've been a massive fan of Smashbox for years now after discovering their photo finish primer. I picked up this highlighter in Bicester Village (you really need to check out the cosmetics shop there!) back in the summer as I lovely the soft pink shade. I have the shade Prism which is a very soft rose pink with a slight shimmer, whilst this is advertised as a highlighter I've been using it as more of a blush on the days where I don't want such an intense look.

Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation | £29.50

Described as magic in a bottle, it transforms skin of all ages, skin tones and types leaving you with a flawless lightweight finish. For me Charlotte Tilbury really is the makeup of 2015 and I haven't tried a product I don't like. The foundation glides on like a dream leaving you with a full coverage but it sits on your face like a second skin.

YSL Touche Éclat | £25.00

Okay, so admittedly again this is a product that has been around a lot longer that 2015 but I've only just starting using it, and since its the UK's no1 luxury face makeup product I don't know why I haven't tried it sooner. I've been using mine a little more of a highlighter rather than to conceal, on the days I don't want a full on shimmery highlighter.

Anastasia Beverly Hill DipBrow Pomade | £15.00

I actually discovered this at the end on 2014 but I'm having it as one of my 2015 favourites as its the product I have used every day without fail. This long-lasting, easy to apply cream based product is definitely a cult product in the beauty world. I usually line my brows with a pencil then fill in with this product for perfect looking brows with definition.

Charlotte Tilbury K.I.S.S.I.N.G Lipstick | £25.00

I couldn't resist having another Charlotte Tilbury product in my top 10 as I'm a little obsessed and you really can't go wrong with her products. The K.I.S.S.I.N.G lipstick contains a secret ingredient, the lipstick tree, to keep your lips cashmere soft and irresistible. I have the shade Bitch Perfect which is a soft rosy pink/nude, a kind of your lips but better shade in my opinion.

YSL Rouge Volupte Lipstick | £26.00

I've recently become obsessed with these after my mum bought me one home from her holiday back in September. This lipstick is in my opinion more of a coloured balm rather than a lipstick but its one of those I love to wear on the days when I'm not feeling proper lipstick. The lipstick also has amazing peach smell to it and leaves your lips shiny with a sleek bit of colour.

What are your top high end beauty products for 2015?
