WINTER LIPCARE SAVIOURS

Has everyone noticed how cold it's gotten recently?! In the cold weather I always up my beauty regime as the cold seems to dry out my skin, lips and even my hair. I actually suffer quite bad with sore and chapped lips all yeah round but in the winter they get quite bad. Since I suffer with dry lips I have built up quite a collection of products to keep them soft and moisturised, and pretty much have a product in every different bag and place in my room. Here are some of my current favourites...

THE BALM | NUDE DUDE EYESHADOW PALETTE

For me the Balm is one of those brands I tend to forget about and then i'll buy a product from them I remember just how good they are! With their adorable packaging, cute names and affordable prices what's not to love?! I spotted this eyeshadow palette on Amazon recently and it was a little cheaper than the shops so I took the plunge and bought it. In the winter months I tend to use a lot of golds, nudes and browns so I knew i'd get a lot of use out of it.

CHARLOTTE TILBURY HAUL

For my birthday a couple of weeks ago I was lucky enough to be treated by my boyfriend to some Charlotte Tilbury products. I've been after some for a while now but my poor student bank account just couldn't handle it (cries!). If you really are after one high end brand, this would be the one, with the rose gold packaging and gorgeous selection of products - it's a must buy!! I recently lost my Charlotte Tilbury virginity when my boyfriend bought me some products i'd be lusting over for my birthday, then I got one of the best surprises from my parents - The Book Of Makeup Magic! My haul will be on my blog soon but I jus couldn't wait to show you this amazing product! I hadn't even mentioned The Book of Makeup Magic to my mum but she spotted me tweeting about it and got it as a surprise. The book contain 12 cabinets full of a special mix of full-size and mini versions of her best selling makeup and skincare.

IN SHOWER ESSENTIALS

Recently i've been thinking of some different types of posts for my blog and today I want to bring you my in shower essentials. Like most of the population a shower is part of my daily routine and needed to wake me up on these cold mornings. When showing I like to have a selection of products to choose from to shake up my routine and keep me smelling lovely. When it comes to shower products I tend to opt for cheaper drugstore/high street options as I go through a lot of products.

Evening Girls! So its actually my birthday today but I scheduled this post to go up a couple of days ago as I knew i'd be celebrating over the weekend and now I'm out with my uni friends tonight as a final celebration. I'll be turning the big 22 (feels so grown up) and as my boyfriend keeps reminding me I'm over half way to 40! I will have spent the weekend celebrating at home with my family and boyfriend with lots of shopping and meals out!
