When you combine Unicorns and Makeup you definitely catch my eye - yes i'm still obsessed with Unicorns at 21 years old! I've been really loving Makeup Revolution lately, their vast collection of products and dupes for some high end bank breakers have been taking the beauty world by storm and the affordable prices too. I thought I would treat myself to some makeup revolution products recently and there was also the added bonus that you got £30 worth of makeup free when you spent £30. These 5 lipsticks were added straight to my basket and I got them all for £4 - thats 80p a lipstick!!
These certainly aren't a lipstick i'll be picking out to wear for a quick trip to the shops or a family day out but they certainly are some magical shades. Lately i'm into becoming a little more adventurous with my makeup and I feel the best way to do this is a slick of lipstick. With them being under a £1 each I couldn't resist picking these out and you might end up needing a blue lipstick one day - right?!
These is 5 shades in this collection and keeping with the magical theme they are all aptly named:
Pink Myth - a vibrant fuchsia
Horn of Magic - a shimmery turquoise
Throne - a frosty lilac
Magical - a bright purple with blue undertones
Legend - a mauve with hints of grey
All of the lipsticks except the pink shade has a frosty metallic finish, the pink is more of a vibrant pop of colour, but definitely the most wearable of the 5. What I also love about these lipstick is the little casing of colour at the end so you can easily select each colour you want. When I swatched the shades you got a lovely slick of colour after a few strokes, unfortunately I haven't tested on my lips yet so not sure how they look or the durability.
With halloween just around the corner these are perfect for some fun, creative fancy dress or even if you have the confidence to walk down the high street with blue lips then these are a great pick. I certainly can't wait to try out some looks! You can pick up some for yourself here!
What do you think of these?

Yeah I can't to try and pull off the colours! xo
DeleteThese look super fun, can't imagine any of them being wearable on normal occasions though (although Pink Myth and Legend *might* be workable!)
