BORN PRETTY STORE | BRUSH REVIEW

Recently I was contacted my the lovely people at Born Pretty Store asking if I would like to review some of your products and services. If you haven't heard of them before, Born Pretty is a online retail store for beauty, accessories and even clothes and all at a discounted price. All of the products are shipped from Hong Kong so there is slight delay in getting the items, they arrived in around 3 weeks to me.

I chose two items to receive, so please expect another post soon, there was so much to choose from I really struggled to narrow it down. I finally decided on this brush as i've ordered brushes from eBay and China before and their quality is pretty good. The brush* (available here) is round with a concaved centre perfect for putting drops of your foundation in. I have used this brush a few times and the bristles are very soft and the application is smooth and leaves my foundation evenly blended. This brush is a great dupe for the Bare Minerals best selling perfecting face brush, so if you don't want to spend the £24.00 for the Bare Minerals for version you should try this one out!

I would say my only downfall of this brush is that it smells very artificial, however, once i'd used it with my foundation the smell seemed to disappear. I can see this becoming one of my favourite brushed in my makeup routine.

Also if you've been wondering what the image was on the side of my blog, the lovely people at Born Pretty have offered all my readers with 10% off their order using the code SADH10. You can shop all of the products they have to offer here.

  1. Sounds like a lovely brush and very affordable. It's great that the smell disappears with use too.

  3. Hm, I've been interested in the BareMinerals brush, but yeah - not quite interested enough to pay out for it! Might try this one first then :)

  4. This sounds interesting, usually a concave brush would put me off but I understand why it would be useful now :) xx

  5. This sounds great and a good price. I hate paying stupid prices for make up brushes.
