HOLIDAY HAIR CARE EDIT

When I go on holiday I tend to leave my hair to its natural look and not do much with it - how can anyone stand drying their hair in humidity? My hair always tends to end up on top of my head in the day time and left to its natural wave at night, but I still have a few staple products I'll use when I'm away.

Sitting in the sun all day I find that my hair ends up quite dry and the sea salt doesn't help. At home I use a serum or an oil every time I wash my hair to try and prevent or repair any damage from drying or straightening, one of my favourites to use is the Garnier Ultimate Blends The Sleek Perfector Oil. I absolutely the smell of this and it actually reminds me of being on holiday - sipping coconut cocktails on the beach. I usually use Moroccan Oil but this is a great alternative and a fraction of the price, it leaves my hair soft and shiny.

When styling my hair hairspray isn't usually a product I use and sometimes find that mu hair can feel sticky or stiff! However, when I was picking up some last minute bits in boots I noticed the Charles Worthington Style Setter Brush Out Strong Hold Hairspray in the travel 3 for 2 and thought would come in handy! While I'm in Thailand I'm going to most leave my hair to dry naturally at night and hairspray will be great to tame my curly/wavy/frizzy natural hair. I've never actually used this hairspray before but have used a few of the Charles Worthington products before and they are of great quality.

Tangle Teezer are my hair care saviour when on holiday! My hair is thick and quite long and tends to tangle quite easily when you in the sea or the pool, so I'm always reaching for my tangle teaser to tame my mane. I just have the standard tangle teaser, but I'm keen to try out the Aqua Splash version to detangle my hair in the shower.

During my trip to Thailand I'll be travelling around a lot and I'm not 100% sure when i'll be able to wash my hair at all time so dry shampoo is a must! I spotted this Superdrug Lemon Sherbet Dry Shampoo at the till and had to try as I love the smell of lemons. I've only sprayed this once to try the smell so can't give a review of how well it works at the moment but the smell is amazing!

My final holiday hair care product is my favourite and its the holy grail salt spray from Bumble and Bumble. This salt spray has been a holiday favourite of mine  for years and it always makes an appearance. When on holiday letting my hair dry naturally it can go a little frizzy, applying a salt spray I find that it tames it slightly and gives me beachy waves.

Are any of these your holiday hair care favourites?
