CHANEL | SOLEIL TAN DE CHANEL BRONZE UNIVERSEL

This product has been on my wish list for pretty much a year now, ever since I read an amazing review on it. Even better I got this free with my boots points! Price at £32 it's not really expensive but I just never got round to picking it, so decided I would save up my Boots points and get it that way. Although, I probably ended up spending way more that the price tag of it buying stuff from Boots to earn the points - It was still free to me!

Let's start with the packaging, the simple black and gold is gorgeous and luxurious - with the simple 'CC' logo on the front. Admittedly the tub is probably a lot larger than it needed to be for the amount of product you receive and its quite heavy (not something to carry round in your bag all day). Although, it does look lovely displayed on my dressing table and I can see its something that will last me for ages.

I would say the product itself its a mixture between a mousse and a cream. I have been using this for about a week now and I am just about getting the hang of blending it - it's the first cream bronzer I've used. I've been using a brush at the moment to blend and find that this is working great for me, however, I have heard that a beauty blender works great too, so I shall be trying that. At the moment I've been using this as a bronzer on top of my foundation and powder and find that its great for contouring. I'm also going to try out wearing this on its own, to add a gorgeous glow!

The colouring of it is very much like chocolate mousse with subtle yellow under tones. It also have very slight specks of shimmer in but I can't seem to see this translate onto my skin. I would say that this shade works perfectly with light to medium skin tones and adds lovely definition to your face.

Have any of you tried this out before?!
